Results for hosting cities
Stadslab offers the possibility for hosting-cities to have a real time case examined in one of it's Urban Design Master Classes.
Being a Stadslab hosting-city means that participants produce an urban vision, strategic plan or master plan for the city in question.
The hosting-city takes advantage of the results of the Master-Class, which can serve as a launching platform for new developments in the city.
Hosting cities (and regions) will gain updated professionals, as well as play a role in training processes; such as on urban governance issue. In the long run, this leads to enhanced urban development results and updated local professionals.

Results for participants
Participants benefit from the experience of real time cases (working within a multidisciplinary network) and the opportunity of being coached by internationally appraised experts.
Next to enhancing one's design experience and skills a full program of lectures and workshops is included on European project management, dealing with international professional cultures, acquisition, regulation etc.
Becoming part of a substantial urban design related network of European urbanists and architects. |
